mainly i would like 2 improve ( big time ) on raiding experience. secundairy, like most other ppl if not all, would be most of my gear. reason on both is the same. become a greater asset to the raid im in not just gearwise but in knowledge aswell. ( watching the raid movies over and over works only a little )

5-7 hrs a day ( i blame Xterminate for that ;) )

were not dead. hard to gain raiding experience in a casual raiding guild.

Xterminate would prolly be a better judge on what i would be able to add to the guild. he's the only person i really know well atm ( in real life aswell :D ). i value his judgement when it comes to looking for a suitable guild.

Well what can i say. i'm eager to learn and willing to help.

Well i dont know much about DK`s but i know alot about this dude. I know him for like 8 years IRL and i know he is good guy.
He just play wow for several month`s and i did learn him alot. (iam suc a  great teacher). But the other half he learned by himself.
I know he picks things up pretty quik and he issnt a retard in the game. I would love to see him in the guild.
I know we are full on DK`s but i also know we lack on peeps when we go ulduar.
So if we dont have a spot for him as trial, maybe we can place him as a casual status so he can fill in empty spots and see more about wow than just fail pugs and HC`s.

Like i said he is a great dude and he knows how to play his dk. so i do say gief him a change

I looked on your armory and you gear aint horribad, in fact you appear to have geared towards the proper stats and you got a healthy amount of ArP. Xterminate is correct that we have enough DKs, some not as active as others however. If you had had exceptional gear and experience we could most likely have found a spot fot you anyway, on the flip side of the coin I like to get in IRL friends of guild members as raiders. Right now I think we need to look after our current members more however and thus I must vote no to trial for the time being.

oh well, on the bright side i learned how 2 fill out a application  .

who knows i might try again in the future.

You need 3 officers to vote before a decision is made, so its still possible that 2 others feel we need another Deathknight, so its not over just yet .-)

I have always liked this attitude in new recruits from when I was an officer. I believe its easier to have someone who is willing to learn and maybe make mistakes, and take responsibility for them than some arrogant fool who thinks he is the best thing since free pron. Plus I'm liking his age :)

i thought it would be nice to point it out that i've been in a group with him some days ago. His attitude was nice, didnt mind wiping in a hc like other ppl sometimes do, seemed friendly and all. I liked his attitude overall and his gear and damage seemed nice enough for someone who only has 12days /played. But as Xlust said we got many dks atm. I wish you the best of luck and see you in game

Well a fried of a guildie is one good point.
And looking at the current regular raiding setup, we do have a max of 2 dps DKs in raid, which should be enough but sometimes it would be just 1, so might be you wouldnt get a spot 100% of the time.
I'm up for giving him the benefit of the doubt, always helps being in a guild to improve your gear and so on, so what the heck why not.
