Here is a bit of information about how we want our raids to look like and expect from you, plus some info about the DKP system we use. What IMP is about & what we want: IMP is a pretty stable guild with its own deal of ups and downs yet never has been on the edge of disbanding for many many years. So stick to the following, it will allow us to avoid the downs! IMP is a PvE raiding guild as core value. We would like to see from ALL of our members full dedication to PvE content. This means Arena's etc have no priority over a scheduled raid! if you into PvP, fine, but keep it restricted to nights we do not raid. You are in a guild known for being friendly and with a great social activity. If you more into soloing things and lack social skills I don't think you will feel at home with us, our gchat pretty much keeps on going every day and night.
10 DKP being at summoning stone at 19.30 ready for invites 50 DKP for 2D Sartharion 10 DKP for Ulduar 25 boss kills normal mode 35 DKP for Ulduar 25 boss kills Hard Mode 35 DKP Yogg Saron 35 DKP TOC 25 boss kills 10 DKP per hour of wiping on a new boss we are learning. So 4 hour wiping on Hodir would give 40 dkp for learning. DKP PENALTIES: - 100: if you have been found pugging on your main - 35 : If you are not at the summoningstone at raid invites (basically no DKP for first boss you kill) - 35: If you are not fully buffed with flasks/food when we do a check in raid
Raids & Rules: When you are raiding with us we'd like to see the following: * To have signed for the raids you can attend and will be online for. * Be ready at 19.30h for invites and at the summoning stone * Have your flasks/ pots and food ready to keep you going all evening. * To help collect mats for Food buffs, Pots/Flasks and Resistance gear. So IMP's can perpare for future raids. * You need to know how to play your class (sounds simple but we all probably have examples where this wasn't the case). * Have the addons installed that have been recommended. * Know the tactics of the bosses we heading to that night and read up on new bosses if we going towards them (watch youtube etc). * Your equipment should be fully gemmed and enchanted. * You need to have a PvE build/ specc. * Able to stay till the end of a raid (23h earliest) without random afk's or 4x per hour bio breaks, you keeping others waiting! Other then those: * Respect your guildies, not everyone shares your opinion but keep the bitch fights out of gchat! * Help guildies if you can. We all need help at one point, if you help others, they will help you in return * Guild> own interests. Yes it can be that on some raids we might ask you to step out for another person, it's not because we don't like you but because the set up isn’t working. We hope to see a mature attitude at that point. * Understand we cannot please everyone; we try to be open and democratic. But at some point decisions have to be made, and this will be done by the leader and officers. Remember, we can listen to your points and take them into consideration but that doesn’t mean they will be implemented right away or at all. There are a lot of things that need to be considered before a decision can be made, sometimes in your favour, sometimes not. Pug’in raids. The following raids are pugable. During non IMP-Raiding times. which are: Sunday evening from 19:30-23:00 Monday evening from 19:30-23:00 Tuesday evening from 19:30-23:00 Wednesday evening from 19:30-23:00 e.g. an Alt is not allowed to pug naxx 25 man on sunday evening between 19:30 and 23:00.
- Ulduar 10 man - Naxxaramas: 10 man - Onyxia: 10 man and 25 man
- Onyxia: 10 man and 25 man NOT pugable on Alt Anyone found to be pug’in or have been pug’in raids will be warned a 2nd time (consider the rules as the first!) and fined 100DKP. If found again to be pug’in after the first warning, you will be demoted and possibly kicked from IMPs. | ||
